For all fans of the classical tuning Maruha Motors has developed a valve kit with 1mm more diameter.
The Large Valve Kit consists of 8 high quality forged intake and 8 exhaust valves, made of 53Cr+ Ni+Mng stainless steel. To achieve a particularly stable performance and high durability, the design was very close to the series form, but the waist was straightened over the entire course to achieve maximum stability. The valve plate was increased in diameter by 1mm to allow a higher degree of filling of the cylinders.
The installation should always be carried out by an experienced engine repair store, since the valve guides must be specially machined for the installation according to the manufacturer's specifications.
To check the adhesion between the valve seat surface and the seat ring, the manufacturer recommends the use of a vacuum tester.
The valve kit is suitable for all B6 engines. This means for all Mazda MX-5 type NA & all NB/FL 1,6 Ltr. models.
